Compassion Approach, LLC was founded by certified trainer Anna Marie Evans with the mission to provide compassion and empowerment solutions for families and professionals through classes, workshops, private consultations and wellness products.

The organization currently features the work of internationally acclaimed author, relationship specialist and therapist, Dr. Steven Stosny, Ph.d and his CompassionPower programs, along with World Institute for Nurturing Communication, WINC™ dba for IAIM® programs through its premier program Compassionate Parenting and The Power of Nurturing Touch (CPTPNT).

About Founder and Program Leader Anna Marie Evans

Anna Marie Evans is a CIMI®, Senior Corporate Trainer, and former Administrative Board Member with The International Association of Infant Massage, IAIM®. She has extensive experience as a professional trainer and trainer of trainers in the field of massage therapy and nurturing touch.

Anna Marie has worked with a variety of families, hospitals, schools and early family intervention agencies conducting IAIM®, CIMI® trainings throughout the country. She is a key member of the curriculum team and has developed many teaching materials presented during these trainings. She continues to conduct Parent-Baby IAIM® Infant Massage classes, privately and through various organizations throughout several counties and hospitals in Maryland and Virginia.

She has created, implemented and conducted several programs in nurturing touch, such as Massage for The Expectant Couple, Infant and Toddler Massage and Massage for The Special Needs Child for various organizations and hospitals.

Through a collaborative effort between Dr. Steven Stosny and IAIM dba World Institute for Nurturing Communication, Anna Marie has now developed a unique and compassionate approach to parent education, by blending Dr. Stosny’s Compassionate Parenting Programs and IAIM/®WINC™ Nurturing Touch Programs. Anna Marie continues to train under Dr. Stosny to further develop his Compassion Power Programs as well as assist in his successful therapeutic boot camps.
